EnerChi Tai Chi Class (12 weekly sessions 4/6-6/22) at Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln

EnerChi is a blend of Tai Chi and Qigong created by Silver Sneakers. The class is a standing class but can be adapted for participants that require seating.
Classes are 45 minutes long and will be offered for 12 weeks.
Classes will progress weekly as posing and movement progress as participants learn.
Class is limited to 15 participants. Interested persons can call Georgia Allison at (217) 750-1356 to register or with questions.
Cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. However, classes may be free for individuals with Silver Sneakers; speak with Georgia for information about this and to see if you qualify.
