Recovery In Action presents a free showing of the independent feature documentary The Anonymous People. The event offers the opportunity to learn more about substance use disorder and recovery. There will be a $25 gift card raffle for all who attend.

Gentle yoga classes are offered each Friday in January and February at 9:30 AM. Beginning January 10, gentle yoga classes are also offered Mondays in January and February at 6 PM. For costs and to register for the class, click here to visit the Moksha Center web site.

The February session in Lincoln Park District's Health & Wellness Series focuses on nutrition with Jennifer DiPasquale, a dietitian from Lincoln Memorial Hospital. The event is free and open to the the community.
