Yoga for Rescue event to benefit Logan County Animal Rescue at Precision Movement in Lincoln

Precision Movement will host this free Yoga for Rescue event starting at 10 AM. The event is free, but donations will be accepted and appreciated. The event will be conducted by Nikki Chapman; 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit the Logan County Animal Rescue and homeless animals.
Mats will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own if they have one.
