Yoga for Rescue by Nikki Chapman Yoga at Precision Movement in Lincoln

This donation-based yoga session will collect contributions for the Logan County Animal Rescue (LCAR) group of Illinois. Donations help the transport of adoptable pets to non-kill shelter across the state. LCAR works alongside the Logan County Animal Control to ensure pets have a second chance at a happy life in their forever home.
Items to bring:
yoga mat
water
any props for comfort
All levels welcome

Pet items can be donated; however, monetary donations are most essentials for the transport of animals.
