Women on Weights course at Lincoln Park District

This 4-week course is for women interested in learning how to lift heavier weights using good form and technique. Participants will learn how to build lean muscle mass and decrease body fat for a more defined physique while learning how to utilize heavier equipment in the weight room.
Class meets on Thursdays in April from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
