Wake & flow yoga by Nikki Chapman Yoga and Holistic Healing in Lincoln

This class will consist of sun salutation movements that sink participants deeply into their bodies. It will also include a sound bath at the end to help participants sink even deeper into savasana. Participants should bring a yoga mat and a beverage.
Cost is $15 per person; there is a maximum limit of 15 spots in the class. Reservations can be made by clicking this link.
