Trailblazers Walking Group (multiple times available) at Lincoln Park District sponsored by Lincoln Memorial Hospital Community Health Collaborative

The LMH Trailblazers are an informal group designed to promote activity for all participants through walking. Participants may attend at times of their choosing; the group walks on Wednesdays at 7 AM, 9 AM, noon and 6 PM. During the months of January, February and March 2023, walks will take place at the Lincoln Park District recreation center, located at 1400 Railer Way. There is no cost to participate and no registration is required; interested persons can simply show up and walk.

The Trailblazer Prize Patrol also may randomly show up and reward attendees who participate. In addition, there are different themes each week; click here to visit the LMH Health Collaborative for information about weekly themes.
