Trailblazers Walking Group (multiple times available) at Lincoln Memorial Hospital Wellness Trail sponsored by LMH

The LMH Trailblazers are an informal group designed to promote activity for all participants through walking. Participants may attend at times of their choosing; the group walks on Wednesdays at 7 AM, 9 AM, noon and 6 PM on the LMH Wellness Trail adjacent to the hospital. No registration is required; interested persons can simply show up and walk.

The Trailblazer Prize Patrol also may randomly show up and reward attendees who participate. In addition, there are different themes each week, including:

7/13 – Patriotic Day
7/20 – Summer Fun – wear your sunglasses and favorite summer hat
7/27 – Green Day
8/3 – Red Day
8/10 – Beach Day
8/17 – Crazy Sock Day
8/24 – Yellow Day
8/31 – Hawaii Day
9/7 – Vacation Day – represent your favorite vacation
9/14 – Blue Day
9/21 – Fall Day- wear fall colors
9/28 – Sports Day – wear your favorite team’s colors or apparel
10/5 – College – wear your favorite college team’s colors or apparel
10/12 – Nautical Day – in honor of Columbus Day
10/19 – Yellow Day
10/26 – Happy Halloween – costume day
11/2 – Crazy Hair Day
11/9 – Veterans Day – honor our veterans in your own way
11/16 – Twin Day – bring a friend and dress alike
11/23 – Fall Day – wear fall colors
11/30 – Camo Day
12/7 – Pattern Day
12/14 – Crazy Hat Day
12/21 – Ugly Christmas Sweater/Shirt or red or green
12/28 – Frozen Day – things that sparkle/blue/white
