Trailblazers Walking Group at Lincoln Area YMCA Gym sponsored by LMH Community Health Collaborative

The LMH Trailblazers is designed to promote activity for all participants through walking. During the winter months from January 3 to March 27, the Trailblazers walking program will take place in a winter-friendly location: the Lincoln Area YMCA located at 719 Wyatt Avenue in Lincoln. Walking sessions during the winter will take place on Wednesdays between 9 AM and 1 PM. The program is free and open to all; there is no cost to participate. No registration is required; interested persons can simply show up and walk.
