Sun Salutation and Sound Bath by Nikki Chapman Yoga & Holistic Healing

This event is in honor of the Spring Equinox and consists of a sun salutation yoga practice session and a sound bath session.
Yoga practice begins at 8:30 AM. The event will consist of dynamic flow with movement through poses that create heat in the body.
Sound bath session starts at 10 AM and will include Reiki from Regina Washam.
One or both sessions may be attended. Costs are $20 for yoga, $20 for the sound bath, or $35 for both.
Those attending should bring a yoga mat and any comfortable props. Water and hot tea will be provided.
