Sound bath for the holiday season event by Nikki Chapman Yoga

Attendees will go through a guided meditation while drifting deeper into relaxation with the crystal sound bowls.
Cost is $20 payable in cash, via Venmo or through the app. Attendees should wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and beverage.
There will also be a crystal giveaway.
