Scarecrow Fest and Trunk-or-Treat event at Oasis Senior Center

The Oasis hosts this Scarecrow Decorating Contest and a Trunk-or-Treat event. The decorating contest is for kids ages 3-17; entrants must make their own scarecrow and bring it to the Oasis for the event.
