Salsa dancing and DJ dance party at Mackinaw Valley Winery

Watch or join in at the salsa dancing and DJ dance party. Learn salsa dancing with DJ Eduardo and his wife Beverly; the pair took up Latin dance after moving to Peoria from New York City and have been teaching salsa dance in the Peoria area for over a decade.

The first hour of the event is instruction with Bev and Eduardo, and then guests are invited to stay for a social dance party with DJ Eduardo sharing his Latin dance music collection. Basic Lessons include the salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha dance styles.

Schedule:
6:30-7:30pm arrival suggested, wine tasting available in tasting room until 7:30pm and check-in at the pavilion or in the tasting room.
7:30-8:30pm Salsa Dance lessons with Beverly and Eduardo
8:30-11:00 pm Salsa Dance Social open dancing with DJ Eduardo

The event costs $10 per person to enter (paid whether or not you are planning to dance). The event is geared toward adults and older teens.
Admission includes; group dance lessons, DJ open dance social and complimentary wine tasting for guests 21 and over until 7:30 PM.

Ropp Jersey Cheese plates, Chocolatier Chocolates and small snacks available for purchase, and attendees may bring their own snacks or food. All beverages must be purchased at the vineyard, which sells wine, beer, sodas, tea and water.
