Safe sitter babysitting class at Warner Wellness Center in Clinton

This Safe Sitter Essentials with CPR is a one-day class designed to prepare students in Grades 6-8 to be safe when home alone, watching younger siblings or babysitting. The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use mannequins to practice rescue skills for situations such as choking rescue and CPR.
Cost is $10; attendees should bring a sack lunch. Pre-registration is required by September 26 to guarantee a spot in the class. Registration can be completed emailing melissa.white@warnerhospital.org or calling (217) 937-5202.
