Ribbon cutting for the grand opening of the ice rink at Scully Park in Lincoln

A brief ribbon cutting ceremony will be held prior to the opening of the ice rink at Scully Park. The rink will open for skating at 4 PM; prices for skating can be found on the flyer image with this post.
