Rejuvenating sound bath at Moksha Center in Lincoln

Discover the rejuvenating power of sound through a soothing sound bath. Sound baths combine soothing music, natural sounds and calming vibrations to create a relaxing and uplifting experience.
Attendees can bring an eye-mask, a pillow, a towel/mat and blanket. Chairs will be available for those that prefer to sit.
Cost is $20 and can be paid in person or through online ticket purchase. Advance registration is suggested due to a limited number of spaces.
