Reiki Level I training at Moksha Center in Lincoln

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a subtle form of energy work that treats the whole person including body, mind and spirit.
Level 1 is the starting point for all students and practitioners looking to use the healing powers of the Reiki system. Level 1 is open to anyone willing to learn it. It is recommended that participants have experienced a Reiki session prior to signing up for training.
Attendees will learn:
The history of Reiki
Chakra system
How to sense one’s own energy and the energy of others
How to give one’s self, others and pets a treatment

Instructor: Joyce Liesman is a Usui, Karuna & Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Energy Healer and Licensed Massage Therapist
This is a 2-day training. Participants should bring their own lunch; a refrigerator and water available.
Pre-registration is required, with a limit of 6 people. All classes are non-refundable unless the instructor cancels the class. Registrants will receive a credit to be used for another class if they cancel within 24 prior to the class.
Cost is $200.
