Pilates reformer beginner series at Imago del Pilates in Lincoln

This five-week reformer beginner series is designed to help participants:
- Learn proper form to get the most out of each workout
- Build a stronger core
- Develop better posture
- Feel more confidence
- Learn a new habit to continue on the journey to better health
Sessions meet Mondays at 6:15 PM for 5 weeks (4/27 to 5/25). Cost is $90 for the series (breaks down to $18 per class).
