Past Life Regression Journey Workshop at The Moksha Center in Lincoln

Group past life regression workshops are a way to experience a glimpse into QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Those in attendance will explore a past life, meet their guides or guardian angels and look at their future selves.
Led by Chantelle Renee, the workshop is designed to hypnotically induce participants into a light trance, known as the Alpha level, which is not as deep a level of trance as the Theta level that is achieved in QHHT sessions. The workshop is intended to be an easy and fun way of being introduced to past life regressions.
Attendees should bring a notebook, pen, pillow, yoga mat, and second pillow for under the knees for back support. A lawn chair or anti-gravity chair may also be brought. Participants must be comfortable.
