Mermaid sugar scrub teen craft event at Vespasian Warner Public Library in Clinton

During this free event for teens (ages 12 to 18), participants will make a natural body scrub with a mermaid twist, perfect for helping with the dry skin from all that time in the summer sun. All supplies will be provided.
