Lincoln Community Theatre presents “Nunsense” at the Lincoln Community High School Auditorium

Nunsense is a spoof about the misadventures of five nuns trying to manage a fundraiser. Sadly, the rest of the sisterhood died from botulism after eating vichyssoise prepared by Sister Julia Child of God. Thus, the remaining nuns – ballet-loving Sister Leo, street-wise Sister Robert Anne, befuddled Sister Mary Amnesia, the Mother Superior Sister Regina, and mistress of the novices Sister Mary Hubert – stage a talent show in order to raise the money to bury their dearly departed.
Tickets cost $15 for the general public and $10 for students. Tickets are available only at the door prior to performances. In addition, all forms of payment accepted including cash, check, card, and mobile wallet.
Performances take place Thursday 6/22 at 7:30 PM, Friday 6/23 at 7:30 PM, Saturday 6/24 at 7:30 PM and Sunday 6/25 at 2 PM.
Ticket sales begin an hour before the show; doors to the auditorium are scheduled to open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
