Guest lecture on The Borer War by Guy Sternberg in Elkhart

Guest lecturer Guy Sternberg, who served on the staff of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for 32 years and has received many lifetime achievement awards in natural resources, will give a presentation at a dinner/lecture event in Elkhart on The Borer War as it impacts the survival of the American ash tree species.
Sponsored by the Elkhart Historical Society, the event is takes place April 22 at 5:30 PM at Horsefeathers/Wild Hare Café in Elkhart. Reservations for this dinner/lecture are required and can be made by calling (217) 947-2238 no later than April 15. The cost is $45 per person and includes admission to the lecture and the meal featuring a main course of chicken cordon bleu or baked ham.
