Elkhart Historical Society celebrates the Irish — live music by The Blarney Boys

The Elkhart Historical Society celebrates the Irish with a live music performance by “The Blarney Boys,” Joe Readnour and Dan Grover. The two will combine their talents in a performance at the Gillett Chapel on the Hill starting at 2 PM. Admission to the performance is $15 per person.
In addition to the music performance, the Elkhart Historical Society is also serving a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at Horsefeathers Wild Hare Cafe in Elkhart. Cost for the dinner is also $15 per person; click here to learn more about the dinner.
Reservations for each event are required and can be made by calling (217) 947-2238 no later than March 12. Click here to download a reservation form from the Elkhart Historical Society web site. Forms are also available at the Country Bumpkin, located at 103 Governor Oglesby Street in Elkhart.
The Blarney Boys consist of Joe Readnour and Dan Grover. This marks the fourth year Joe Readnour has brought his superb abilities to Elkhart. His musical expertise is well known in the area having played with the St. Andrew-Springfield Pipe Band for 10 years. Not only well versed in the music, but Joe also shares his knowledge of the many instruments and songs he brings.
Dan Grover singer/songwriter played both guitar and bass with the Cactus Ranch Band and loves to entertain.
