City of Lincoln Christmas tree collection

On January 11, the City of Lincoln Street Department will begin collecting Christmas trees. Trees should be placed at the curb no later than 7 AM that morning. Crews will not return to an area after a pass has been made to pick up trees that were not put out in time.
Christmas trees need to be removed from bags and be free from all decorating materials and stands. Any trees not meeting these requirements will not be picked up.
Citizens may also dispose of their Christmas trees at the Landscape Waste Facility located at 957 Broadwell Drive. The hours are Wednesdays and Saturdays 8 AM to 3:50 PM until January 14; the facility will then be closed for the winter until March 22.
