Chair yoga by Silver Fox Fitness at Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln

Seated and standing poses will be utilized with the goal of increasing flexibility, balance and strength along with providing relaxation. Participants never get down on the floor.
Cost is $3 per sessions; Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and Silver & Fit are accepted.
