Celebration of Life event at Lincoln Memorial Hospital

This service of remembrance and celebration of life is held to honor those who passed away this past year in the care of Memorial Home Hospice or Lincoln Memorial Hospital. The event will take place on the Woods Café Patio and gives the families of loved ones who passed the opportunity to reconnect with volunteers, caregivers, family and friends.
