Located at 513 E. Washington St. in Clinton, the Terror on Washington Street haunted house was ranked as one of the Top 5 scariest haunted houses in Illinois by illinoisroadtrip.com in 2017. Spooky things happen when October rolls around with this fundraising activity for the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. Tickets cost $15 per person to purchase and are sold on-site; groups are limited to 6 people maximum. Times have been designated for a less scary “friendly ghost” tours for younger children.
