Open Arms Christian Fellowship will hold its annual free Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday, November 21 from 3 PM to 7 PM, and WLCN will be on hand with a live remote for the first half of the event.
The free dinner will feature traditional fare and is for all members of the community. Dinners are available on a dine-in basis only at Open Arms Christian Fellowship, located at 813 Woodlawn Road in Lincoln.
During the remote radio broadcast from 3 PM to 5 PM, WLCN will speak with a variety of people, including folks affiliated with Open Arms as well as other attendees at the event. Tune in on 96.3 FM from 3 PM to 5 PM as we will feature interviews with persons at the event. Those not near a radio or not within WLCN’s coverage area during the remote can listen on a mobile device using the Mixlr app. An archive of the remote will also be available after the remote via the online archive of WLCN’s Mixlr broadcasts.
