Audience members will get to see a pair of country music performers with No. 1 hits when headliner Lauren Alaina performs in concert with opening act Josh Ross at the 2026 Logan County Fair on August 8.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM with the gates opening at 6 PM at the Logan County Fairgrounds, located at 230 N. Postville Drive in Lincoln.
Tickets go on sale online May 1 at LoganCountyFairIL.com. In-person sales will be available at Logan County Fair office starting when it opens in July.

Pit-access tickets cost $50 each and are closest to the stage but are standing-only with no seating available. General admission tickets cost $40 each and include bleacher seating. A limited amount of chair seating is available with general admission tickets, but chair seats must be reserved in advance by calling the Logan County Fair office after July 1.
Alaina has earned three No. 1 hits: platinum-certified Road Less Traveled, the 4x Platinum One Beer with HARDY and Devin Dawson, and Diamond-certified What Ifs with Kane Brown. With What Ifs, Alaina became the only solo female country artist in history to receive the RIAA’s Diamond song certification. She has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2022 and has recently been touring as a part of Rascal Flatts’ Life Is A Highway Tour after touring in previous years with artists such as Jason Aldean and Alan Jackson. She was the runner-up in 2011 on Season 10 of American Idol, won by Scotty McCreery. Alaina’s debut album, Wildflower, was released that same year, and her second album, Road Less Traveled, came out in 2017.
Ross is a Canada-born and Nashville-based singer first made waves with a series of independent releases before breaking through with his debut EP, Complicated, which earned Ross his first-ever JUNO Award in 2025 for Country Album of the Year. The project included Trouble, a chart-topping hit that achieved Double Platinum certification in Canada and RIAA Gold certification in the U.S. After notching four No. 1 singles at Canadian Country radio, Ross scored his first No. 1 hit on U.S. country radio with Single Again in 2025, making him the first male Canadian country artist in nearly 30 years to top the U.S. Country Airplay chart.
The 2026 Logan County Fair runs from August 2 through August 9.
