The forms and stances learned and practiced in this class help build strength and balance. As always, this class is adaptable to ALL ability levels; a chair is always close by to assist in balance or to sit if needed. Event codes: ccfs, cchwf
Seated and standing poses will be utilized with the goal of increasing flexibility, balance and strength along with providing relaxation. Participants never get down on the floor. Event codes: ccfs, cchwf
