Spirited Republic open mic nights are a solo acoustic musical experiment with the goal of cultivating friendship, support and good times amongst musicians, comedians, poets and artists of all kinds. Performers are asked to bring their own instruments (no drum sets; hand drums and percussion equipment only). Event codes: ccent, ccfb, cclm, ccsoc
Attendees can build strength and endurance in a fun atmosphere. This workout is adaptable to all ability levels; a chair is always close by for balance and sitting. Cost is $3 per class; Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Silver&Fit or Health Alliance reimbursement are welcome. Event codes: ccfs, cchwf
