Spirited Republic open mic nights are a solo acoustic musical experiment with the goal of cultivating friendship, support and good times amongst musicians, comedians, poets and artists of all kinds. Attendees can build strength and endurance in a fun atmosphere. This workout is adaptable to all ability levels; a chair is always close by for balance and sitting.
