The LMH Community Health Collaborative is offering several free fitness courses at the Lincoln Fitness Court. In this class, participants will go through a total cardio and strength workout with the instructors. Event code cchwf ccfre
Dave & Lisa take the stage for this Sunday Funday, pre-summer event. The acoustic duo brings a great variety of music for all ages. The event is free to attend. Food and drinks are available starting at 1 PM. No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed.
