“Whole-Hearted Trauma Workshop” by Lighthouse of the Valley Lincoln Center

This event is designed for those dealing with previous or current trauma in their lives. Interested persons are invited to attend and experience this half-day transformative journey towards peace and emotional well-being.

Trauma is the experience of adversity that exceeds one’s ability to cope or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. It does not have to be life-long, and there are many ways to seek healing.

Join Lighthouse of the Valley Beacon of Light Mental Health Ministry for this workshop led by Pastor Jan Brett. During the workshop, participants will gain a deeper understanding of trauma and its impact on mental and spiritual well-being while learning practical tools and practices to help themselves move forward in a healthy way.
