Trunk or treat event sponsored by CAPCIL at Lincoln Banquet Center

CAPCIL is hosting its first-ever agency-wide Trunk or Treat event, inviting families across the community to join in some spooktacular fun this Halloween season. Families can expect a safe, family-friendly evening filled with treats, costumes, decorated trunks, and fun for all ages.

In addition to the Halloween excitement, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about CAPCIL’s programs and services, including Head Start, Meals on Wheels, Energy Assistance, Senior Transportation, and more. CAPCIL staff from various departments will be on-site to share resources and answer questions for anyone interested in learning how the organization supports local families year-round.
