Summer solstice yoga and sound bath event by Nikki Chapman Yoga and Holistic Healing at Soulful Wellness Collective in Lincoln

This event takes place on Saturday, June 21 honoring the summer solstice as the season begins. Attendees can dive deep into their practice with movement for the body and breath, then rest in savasana at the conclusion of the session while taking in the healing sounds of crystal sound bowls.
