This free four-week course on Thursdays from March 27 through April 17 will introduce participants to basic nutrition and calorie counting, foods to avoid with certain health conditions, exercise needed per day and different types of exercises to benefit cardiovascular and muscle mass. Sessions will be led by Kevin Londe, DO, a physician with Memorial Care in Lincoln.
