Rise Up & Shine Your Light wellness workshop event at Moksha Center in Lincoln

Participants in this workshop will learn how to untangle themselves from fear, despair, sadness and rage and how to use energy that is keeping them stuck to fuel their own light.
The workshop is presented by Monica Hagerty, LCSW. She is a licensed psychotherapist who blends modern therapy with ancient tools and spirituality. She is also a SEER (psychic, medium, healer, witch) and for 25 years has guided clients out of darkness back into their light.
