Reiki I certification class at Soulful Wellness Collective in Lincoln

This two-day class meets from 9 AM to 5 PM both days and is a combination of lecture, discussion and experiences. It covers:
- What is Reiki?
- ✨️The history of Reiki
- ✨️The Reiki hand positions
- ✨️How to give yourself and others Reiki treatment
- ✨️The Reiki I symbol, energy and how to use it
- ✨️How our energetic bodies interact with our surroundings
- ✨️Byosen scanning
- ✨️Kenyoku
- ✨️Grounding yourself
- ✨️Establishing your personal Reiki practice
What to bring:
- a journal
- Lunch (a small refrigerator will be available)
What is provided:
- a Reiki manual
- Snacks and teas
The class is limited to 6 participants.
Cost is $200. Payment must be made prior to class. There are no refunds, but funds will be held for a future class if someone is unable to attend. Refunds will be made if the instructor cancels the class.
