Open mic night to benefit Hope on 5th at Spirited Republic in Lincoln

Spirited Republic open mic nights are a solo acoustic musical experiment with the goal of cultivating friendship, support and good times amongst musicians, comedians, poets and artists of all kinds. And on June 12, the event will also serve as a fundraiser for Hope on 5th, the community service organization/facility based in Lincoln that and provides shelter to central Illinois veterans, homeless and those at risk of homelessness through offering services and housing on an emergency, temporary, transitional, and permanent basis.

Tips and donations collected at the event will be donated to Hope on 5th.
