New Year Reformer class at Imago del Pilates Studio in Lincoln

On January 2, all reformer classes at Imago Del Pilates will feature a Ring In The New Year kickoff – complete with a festive playlist and a special focus on the Pilates Ring (also known as the magic circle).
This prop provides feedback and resistance to help participants move with purpose – activating the core, sculpting the arms and legs, and supporting mindful alignment to help reset your rhythm and begin the year feeling strong from the inside out.
All levels welcome. Modifications are always available.
