The Mind Matters Support Group is free and open to adults only. It is especially designed for members of the community who struggle with:
- Loneliness
- Grief and loss
- Caregiver fatigue
- Ways to improve their own mental health or cope
- Development of social support and connection
- Supporting the mental health of family or a friend
- Accessing mental health resources
