Holiday sound bath event by Nikki Chapman Yoga and Holistic Healing at Soulful Wellness Collective in Lincoln

Immerse into a stress releasing sound bath just before the busy holiday week. The week of Christmas can be stressful. The sounds and healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls can help guide you back to center. Attendees can be there for the whole hour or stay as long as you would like. The bowls and other healing instruments will be played for an hour; participants can enter the space in silence and leave filled with peace.
