Friends of HOOAH (Helping Out Our American Heroes) fundraiser for Deer Hunt for Heroes at Clinton Auto Auction in Clinton

Funds raised from this event will support the Deer Hunt for Heroes event sponsored by HOOAH, the Helping Out Our American Heroes nonprofit organization. This event will have 50/50 tickets available for purchase, tickets for raffles as well as a raffle table for kids. In addition, there will be an auction of donated items and baked goods for sale. Food/beverages available for purchase (cash only), including burnt ends sandwiches, Italian pork and a variety of sides. No outside is food allowed.

The HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes was started over a decade ago by a group of guys that enjoyed fishing and hunting and wanted to give back to disabled heroes needing some extra healing through the great outdoors. HOOAH started with doing a deer hunt and then added a couple of fishing camps along with some other outings. HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes is 100 percent run by volunteers, and funds are raised through donations and fundraisers. The outings are completely free to participating heroes.
