Free health and wellness assessment for seniors at Lincoln Park District

Lincoln Park District is partnering with the Memorial Health Physical Therapy Department to offer free senior fitness assessments. Participants have various aspects of their fitness levels tested to learn more about their health and get personalized insights into their own fitness
