Bake-It-‘Til-You-Make-It hands-on culinary class (for ages 13 to adult) at Lincoln Park District in Lincoln

Participants will learn the science behind baked goods. Attendees will make a batch of both muffins and cupcakes to learn about different ingredients and ratios to create texture, moisture, flavor and fluffiness.
