Full moon meditation and sound bath at Soulful Wellness Collective in Lincoln

Attendees can immerse themselves into the sounds of crystal sound bowls while being guided through a full moon meditation. Participants should bring any props that allow them to get as comfortable as possible (a few yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available at the location).
