Satellite viewing of Brain Aging Conference in Springfield on memory loss issues at Lincoln Memorial Hospital

Lincoln Memorial Hospital is a satellite viewing site of the Brain Aging Conference taking place at the Northfield Inn Suites and Conference Center in Springfield, hosted by the Dale and Deborah Smith Center for Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment. The event includes several presentations throughout the day for attendees on a range of topics surrounding memory loss featuring medical professionals from the Smith Alzheimer’s Center, department leaders at SIU Medicine, as well as other caregivers. The goal of the event is to help individuals better understand dementia, why someone’s behavior changes, and how to best help individuals with dementia.

Those attending the event can park in the south parking lot. Lincoln Memorial Hospital will provide snacks and drinks for attendees.
