Mind Matters monthly grief and caregiver support group meetings by LMH Community Health Collaborative at Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln

Meetings are free to attend and are held the first Monday of each month in the Wombacher Room at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

The Mind Matters Support Group is open to adults only and is especially designed for members of our community who struggle with:

• Loneliness
• Grief and loss
• Caregiver fatigue
• Ways to improve their own mental health or cope
• Development of social support and connection
• Supporting the mental health of family or a friend
• Accessing mental health resources
