Lincoln Community Theatre presents “Guys & Dolls” at the Lincoln Community High School Auditorium

Guys and Dolls is a classic romantic comedy in which gambler Nathan Detroit tries to find the cash to set up the biggest craps game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck. Meanwhile, his girlfriend and nightclub performer, Adelaide, laments that they’ve been engaged for 14 years. Nathan turns to fellow gambler Sky Masterson for the dough, and Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown, as a result. Guys and Dolls takes the audience from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City, but eventually everyone ends up right where they belong.

Tickets cost $16 for the general public and $11 for students with a $1 discount per ticket for cash purchases. Tickets are available at the door prior to performances. Ticket sales begin an hour before the show; doors to the auditorium are scheduled to open 30 minutes prior to curtain.

Performances take place Thursday 7/24 at 7:30 PM, Friday 7/25 @ 7:30 PM, Saturday 7/26 @ 7:30 PM and Sunday 7/27 at 2 PM.
